Methaq Takaful Insurance Company announced the signing of a strategic partnership with  SlashData to adopt the “Mulem” and “Wtheeq” platforms, in a step aimed at supporting digital transformation, enhancing the efficiency of insurance operations, and improving customer experience.

The two platforms will contribute to strengthening data integration and facilitating the issuance of insurance policies, supporting faster procedures and more accurate operational processes, while also reducing manual procedures and increasing the efficiency of the services provided.

Musallam Albloushi, Chief Executive Officer of  Methaq Takaful, confirmed that this partnership comes as part of the company’s direction toward developing more flexible and accessible digital insurance services that meet customer expectations and keep pace with the rapid developments in the insurance sector.

On the other hand, Thamer Al Fallaj, Chief Executive Officer of  SlashData, explained that the collaboration reflects the importance of integrated digital infrastructure in supporting the growth of the Takaful sector, enhancing data exchange efficiency, and strengthening regulatory compliance.
