Position: Assistant Accountant
Job Description:
- Prepare payment and receipt notifications to be sent to debtors and creditors.
- Prepare payment orders.
- Allocate receipts to transactions.
- Process current accounts transactions.
- Handle petty cash payments and prepare vouchers.
- Prepare adjustment vouchers i.e., travel, cash purchase, maintenance, entertainment, etc.
- Receive and acknowledge of cash, credit card payment & cheques
- Prepare daily cash & chqs deposits in banks and prepare required vouchers for that.
- Prepare daily cash collection & payments reports.
- Perform any other function/task as and when assigned by the superior.
Job requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting
- Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus.
- Computer: Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work location: Abu Dhabi Branch
Monthly Salary offered: 3,000 – 4,000 AED

Position: Call Centre Agent
Job Description:
- Assist customers with their queries and request through all our contact channels, Telephone calls, Emails, Social Media, Chatbot and WhatsApp.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers and ensure high levels quality service provided.
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers and close potentials sales.
- Sympathy with customers and turn complaints into compliments.
- Log and register customers’ requests and complaints.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve high customer satisfaction rate.
- Contribute to business objectives to improve customer experience.
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow up on resolution.
- Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
- Conduct outbound calls to generate sales.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, correct, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Job requirements:
- Experience: Contact Center or Tele-sales background individual with minimum 1-year experience
- Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus.
- Computer: Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be willing to work in shifts .
